PilatesZone offers on-site Pilates classes for organisations located in Brisbane CBD.  Class times are completely flexible and can be scheduled at times convenient for your employees - morning, lunch time or evenings.
 
Holding classes at your workplace allows desk-bound employees a way to unwind, reenergise and improve their fitness, all without having to leave the building.  All we require is an open floor area large enough to house the number of people (for example a meeting room).  Participants need to provide their own mat to exercise on and wear comfortable clothes.

No matter what your age, you need to exercises to stay healthy to lead a long and active life.  It is never too late to start exercising - Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, was practicing Pilates well into his 80s!

Irina Kahler is the founder and owner of Brisbane based, Pilates Zone - a boutique Pilates training business.
Irina is a certified fitness instructor and has a comprehensive knowledge and experience of Pilates for over 10 years. She holds a Certificate III in Fitness as well as being Studio Pilates qualified in matwork, small equipment and Pilates for back pain.
Irina has spent a large part of her life competing in Ballroom and Latin dancing competitions and performing at different events. She found practicing Pilates was a great complement to her dancing routines.
Irina's life has revolved around learning about health and healing, inspired education, psychology, dance, Pilates and exercise. She is a popular and in demand instructor known for her depth of knowledge, friendly approach and the simplicity and fun in which she delivers the classes. Her personal philosophy to life is to take care of your physical body, emotional and spiritual well-being and living a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.
