Meet the woman who will have you namaslaying your workout: Irina Kahler, owner, and manager.
Irina has spent the last 10 years in an intense relationship with Pilates and they are still going strong. Prior to falling for Pilates Irina was dedicated to dancing, spending many years competing in Ballroom and Latin dancing competitions.
Her experience is matched only with her education as she holds a Certificate III in Fitness and is Studio Pilates qualified in mat work, small equipment, and Pilates for back pain.
With Covid around for the long-term, workplace pilates (on or off line) helps connect colleagues with a positive experience, gives workers more energy, social interactions, physical workouts and enables you/your teams to work at optimum levels.
